# Vortex

Every four weeks, Vortex distributes bonus BERA to qualifying users.<br>

To qualify for Vortex, users must burn at least 30 oBERO over a period of four weeks. \
\
**1,500 BERA** are allocated to Vortex over the course of every four week period.&#x20;

**100% of the reward pool go to oBERO burners.** \
**Staking will not be eligible** due to too many ways to exploit the system.\
\
Rewards earned per user will depend on how much oBERO was burned in total over each four week period.

This program will run for 3 months , using BERA RFA tokens. \

### Examples

```
Let's take a user who burned some oBERO during the Vortex time period.

User burned 50 oBERO, and the total amount of oBERO burned during the period is 5000. There is 1.5k BERA to be distributed to burners.

User gets (50/5000) x 1500 = 15 BERA for burning oBERO
```

### Retroactive rewards

**1,000 BERA** are allocated to retroactive rewards

**Users who claimed the Beradrome airdrop**

* need to be holding more voting power now than they got to claim initially (so current voting power must be greater than obero+hibero claimed, no jeets allowed)
* if users burned the obero, that amount doesnt count, only whatever extra obero they burned (if wallet got 1k obero, burned that, then later burned 50 obero, it would count as 50, not 1050)
* if didn't burn then everything counts

**Users who didn't claim the Beradrome airdrop**

* everything counts

**Users not eligible:**

* all multisig burns
* all burns created by claiming hibero from airdrop contract
* all burns done by thj when airdropping hibero
