Swaps Why isn’t my swap working? Let’s troubleshoot your swap issue:

• Which coins are you swapping?

  • For HONEY or BERO, the issue may originate from Beradrome.

  • For other coins, Beradrome uses OOGA BOOGA, so the issue may lie with their system.

• Do you see an error message?

  • If the error says “failed to get swap quote”, try:

    • Refreshing your browser.

    • Clearing your browser history.

    • Resetting your wallet.

    • Increasing the gas fee (a small transaction fee).

  • Share a screenshot of the error for better assistance.

• Can you share the transaction link?

  • Find the transaction link on Beratrail (a transaction tracking tool) and share it.

  • Swaps may take time if the network is busy, so waiting might resolve the issue.

• Additional details needed:

  • What wallet are you using?

  • Did you adjust the gas settings in your wallet?

  • What’s your wallet address?

  • Are there any pending or stuck transactions?

PortfolioWhy can’t I see my portfolio numbers?This could be a network connection issue:

• Contact the Beradrome team to check if they can reproduce the issue.

  • If the team can see the numbers, the issue may be with your internet connection.

  • If the team can reproduce the issue, it’s likely an RPC (network) issue, and the development team will need to address it.

UnstakingWhy can’t I unstake hiBERO? It shows more than I can unstake (e.g., 100% = 327 BERO), and the transaction fails.To unstake hiBERO:

• Repay any borrowed HONEY before unstaking.

• Reset your vote if you’ve voted.

• Once these steps are completed, unstaking should work.

FarmsWhy can’t I deposit into a farm?Let’s troubleshoot your farm deposit issue:

• Which farm are you trying to use?

  • Specify the farm name (e.g., Infrared, Berachain Hub, OHM/HONEY pool, or Kodiak).

• Have you added tokens to the main platform?

  • Beradrome doesn’t create its own farm tokens. You must:

    1. Acquire tokens from Berachain Hub.

    2. Deposit them on Beradrome.

  • Ensure tokens are added to the correct platform (e.g., Berachain Hub) before depositing on Beradrome.

• Is there an error message?

  • Share a screenshot of the error. Try:

    • Refreshing your browser.

    • Clearing your browser history.

    • Resetting your wallet.

    • Increasing the gas fee.

• Did you adjust the gas settings in your wallet?

  • Ensure the gas fee is set high enough for the transaction to process.

How do I know if a farm gives me BGT?

• Staking BERO always earns BGT.

• Some farms also provide BGT or iBGT as rewards.

How do I earn rewards from farming?

• Rewards depend on the amount you deposit in the farm.

• The more you deposit, the higher your rewards.

VotingWhy can’t I change my vote?Voting is limited to once per week for fairness:

• The voting week resets every Thursday at 00:00 UTC.

• If you’ve already voted this week, wait until Thursday to vote again or undo your vote (you can’t do both simultaneously).

• Your new vote will replace the previous one. If you don’t vote, your previous vote remains active for the same option.

I voted with the wrong percentages—how do I fix it?Votes must total 100%. If they don’t, the system adjusts them, which may cause unintended results:

• Example: If you set one option to 2% and another to 1% (totaling 3%), the system interprets this as 66% (2/3) for the first and 33% (1/3) for the second.

• To fix:

  • Set votes to add up to 100% (e.g., 5% for one option, 0% for others) and submit.

  • Always set unwanted options to 0% to avoid confusion.

  • If you’ve already voted, wait until Thursday at 00:00 UTC to vote again. Your new vote will overwrite the old one.

• Note: Voting requires voting power, which comes from staking BERO or burning oBERO. If your votes show “0 Votes,” you may not have voting power yet.

How do I get voting power?You can gain voting power by:

• Staking BERO (locking up BERO tokens).

• Burning oBERO (using up some oBERO tokens).

What happens after I vote?After voting:

• You earn rewards immediately, accruing every second.

• Claim rewards anytime, as often as needed.

• Rewards refresh every Thursday at 00:00 UTC.

• The more you vote, the higher your rewards.

• If you gain more voting power later, you must vote again to use it—it doesn’t update automatically.

• If you haven’t voted this week and stake more BERO, you can vote to use all your power. If you’ve already voted, new power applies to the next week’s vote.

How do I withdraw my BERO after voting?To withdraw BERO:

• Reset your vote first.

• Wait until the voting week ends (Thursday at 00:00 UTC).

• Repay any outstanding loans.

• If you didn’t vote or borrow, you can withdraw BERO anytime.

• If there’s no “Reset vote” button, you probably don’t have staked hiBERO.

BribesWhat are bribes?Bribes are incentives offered by projects, not users:

• When you vote, you earn rewards.

• Projects offer bribes to encourage votes, distributing rewards to voters.

• “Left” in a bribe refers to unclaimed rewards.

How do bribes affect my rewards?

• Bribes increase your rewards when added.

• As users claim them, rewards decrease.

• The system calculates rewards based on remaining bribes, oBERO price, and total votes.

Other IssuesWhy is my airdrop claim failing, with the button stuck on “loading”?

• If you’ve already claimed the airdrop, you can’t claim it again.

• The “loading” may indicate the system is processing a completed claim.

• Verify if you’ve received your airdrop.

Why can’t I connect my wallet or log in to the app?Try these steps:

• Clear your browser’s cache.

• Disable and re-enable browser extensions.

• Switch to another browser (e.g., Brave or Chrome).

• Specify which wallet you’re using for further assistance.

Why can’t I connect with my Rabby wallet?Try these steps:
